Cancellations & Refunds
In the case of cancellations, our refund policy is simple and straightforward. Full refunds are applicable prior to 24 hours of check in date and time. In the case of cancellation during or within the last 24 hours prior check in, there is no refund. Refunds may be processed through our payment partner Razorpay or directly through Us.
Please note: The booking through this engine comes to us first before you make any payment. This is to help review and upkeep our age filter. However, the availability shown through this engine, is live. Once we receive your booking, we send across the payment link in a few hours.
