Why 21 - 49 yrs only?
Two Reasons

The 1st reason is simple. It is the policy and methodology that we strive to pursue.
The 2nd reason is, we do not have facilities and services conducive towards catering to a more demanding clientele that may require a lot more attention.
Our property does not have room service, TVs and we do not carry luggage etc. to mention a few. This we believe, will not be conducive to all, hence the age filtering.

So please do not walk in with a booking or a request to break the rule because you would be accommodative.
We would not.
